Cleaning could be easier but what a nice fan.
I do indeed use the rotating axle mode most of the time. The tilting head is very sturdy and a real bonus for a standing fan to point down. I use an air compressor to clean the fan so its not a problem but access to blades could be considered difficult. I find it oddly attractive for what it is. Its industrial design is softened by clean lines and attractive finish to all the components. I will buy another one soon.
It is build with quality, it does not seem cheaply made BUT......
This fan is ok in terms of pushing air, I have had 16" High Velocity Fans that push more air.
The oscillating thing, well I really don't like it at all. It's hard to get the the air blowing straight out of the fan when it's not oscillating. It's not like a regular Oscillating fan, this moves in an orbital way and wherever it stops, that's where the air blows, it does NOT move back to center so the air blows directly out. The air might be blowing up, down left or right. it's annoying.
It is build with quality, it does not seem cheaply made. The sound is good for sleeping.

Absolutely love this fan. It moves a ton of air with some noise when on high, not enough that you cant hear the tv, but you know its running. i'm going to buy another one.
