Deceptive manufacturer's name/product number/product picture
Very powerful (i.e., very loud) product, however there are several issues with it:
1. This is actually a MaxxAir product, Modell HVFF 20 - the label with the original product manufacturer's name/number is still to be seen on the electrical motor enclosure. TPI Corporation has done a "better" job at the fan's wire cage by just putting their sticker on top of the original MaxxAir label. It is beyond my comprehension why Amazon/TPI Corporation is selling this for $81.80, when MaxxAir HVFF 20 is available for $49.99?!
2. The product's picture is very deceptive - the fan's frame and wire cage are not chrome plated, but just painted in light grey color
3. The product came in a flimsy cardboard box with virtually no product protection and top flaps effectively open, resulting in numerous dents and scratched-off paint
4. The screws required for the frame's assembly came stripped and keep falling off from the vibrations

received with damaged blade
This fan has terrible vibration after two uses, but is now past the30 day Amazon refund date,, I find the blade itself is damaged, is unstable and causes the gross vibration. Motor and frame are good, stand keeps the unit upright. No damage to the paint of the cage, so the blade apparently installed in damaged condition. At this point the unit is unusable and unsafe. Amazon will accept a return with partial refund, but not worth the cost of packaging material, gasoline, and trouble. TPI contacted and will provide new blade without additional cost. Responsive customer service to both companies.
