Did not match my hotpoint microwave - did not pay return postage
This handle did not match my Hotpoint Microwave Door. The door has two slots, one at the top and one at the bottom. the handle has two stubs that are meant to slide into the slots and get screwed from the back-side. the stubs of this handle do not align to the slots present on the door of my Hotpoint Microwave.
Essentially, handle is too short in length.
Further, the vendor does not pay return-postage. Would not buy again from this vendor. NO way to know if the product really fits the dimensions; unless it gets shipped to you. For a spare part such as this, would have expected them to provide the length of the handle and Microwave Model # that the handle is compatible to.
