Defective and horrible customer service
This review is actually in reference to model #HSR17, which apparently has been discontinued. It stopped working after about three months. I contacted Haier and talked to a supervisor named Larry, he said they would send me a new one. It never came, so I called them again and talked to Larry again, he said there was a screwup and he would make sure it was shipped right away. I waited another two and a half weeks, it didn't come. Talked to Larry again, same story again, he doesn't know why it wasn't shipped, he will look into it. Either they are screwing around with me or they are just incompetent. Next I asked for the phone number for their corporate office so that I could complain directly to them, but when you call the number you get redirected to customer service, so you can't talk to anybody above the supervisor level at their customer service center! Horrible experience and the frig is a piece of junk.
