Attractive, but not the best design.
The oven ships with a large paper sticker on the glass door. It took 10 minutes with a one-sided razor blade followed by application of Goof Off cleaner to remove it. The sticker should have been plastic with a mild adhesive. This was a red flag.
The manual recommends that you clean the unit first and then operate it empty for 20 minutes to burn off the manufacturing oils. I repeated this three times to make sure. You should do this outside or with the kitchen fan operating because the unit clearly burns off some surface oil.
The rear external surface of the oven gets EXTREMELY HOT (like a laundry iron on maximum) during operation. The oven MUST be placed against a non-flamable tile surface that can take high heat. This is the only possible option. If you do not have such a location DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. In particular, you must take special care that the power cord does not touch the rear surface.

Just what I was looking for
This toaster oven was the only one that was just the right size that I needed. I am very happy with the way it is built and how nice it looks, It works very well with all kinds of food. It cooks everything just right. If you are looking for a smaller sized toaster oven then this is the one to buy.
Wrong measurements
I'm returning item because of wrong measurements. Actual messurements are smaller 16" long, 9" high and 11-3/4" deep. It's a great little toaster oven for small items. Not high enough to fit food on both racks. Cooks and toast real well.
