Much Better with Removable Plates
We have 3 George Foreman grills, and this one is always our first choice to use because of the removable plates. Very convenient to stick the plates in the dishwasher. Even washing them by hand is easier than on a traditional George Foreman grill since you can remove the plates. My only complaint is it takes a few minutes longer to cook food than a traditional GF grill takes, but overall we're very happy with it.

I bought this because it is larger than my other one and it has removable trays which make it easier to clean it does get hot enough to sizzle the food but if you have the whole grill covered with meat the outer parts away from the center do act more like steamed because of all the moisture and fat running off
George Forman
I had to return the item as it came in with the grill handles broken ad it wouldn't heat up. This was unusual as I have been a loyal and happy George Foreman owner for the past six years.
